• Optional supplemental materials such as key art, investor outreach templates, and preparation checklists

The purpose of these services is to assist filmmakers in presenting their projects professionally. We do not guarantee funding, investor commitments, studio deals, or distribution outcomes.

All services are provided as professional creative and consulting services.

3. Service Packages

The Site currently offers the following primary services:

Cinematic Deck Package

Design-only pitch deck service for filmmakers who already have prepared pitch deck content or slide copy.

Includes:

• Premium pitch deck design

• Cinematic visuals and artwork

• Investor-friendly layout

• Up to 15 slides

• Delivery within approximately 14 days

• Up to 5 revision rounds

Investor Magnet Package

Full narrative development and design package.

Includes:

Verbiage Development

• Narrative building and story crafting

• Full pitch deck verbiage development

• Strategic slide hierarchy and storytelling flow Design

• Premium pitch deck design

• Cinematic artwork and visual design

• Investor-ready presentation structure

• Up to 15 slides

• Delivery within approximately 21 days

• Up to 5 revision rounds

Bonus materials may be included as described on the Site. All service timelines begin after onboarding and receipt of required project materials from the client.

4. Project Onboarding

Before work begins, clients must participate in an onboarding meeting where project scope, materials, and expectations are confirmed.

The onboarding meeting does not constitute a guarantee that services will be purchased or initiated.

Production begins only after:

• client confirmation of service scope

• payment activation

• receipt of required project materials

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and lawful information when submitting project materials.

Clients must ensure that:

• submitted scripts and materials are their original work or they have legal rights to use them

• all information provided is truthful and lawful

• they possess the legal rights to any characters, intellectual property, or story elements submitted

Film Pitch Deck is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted creative works.

6. Intellectual Property

All original creative materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.

All design work, presentation structures, visual assets, and creative frameworks produced by Film Pitch Deck remain the intellectual property of Film Pitch Deck until full payment is completed.

After payment is completed, the client receives a license to use the pitch deck for professional presentation purposes.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the design frameworks created by Film Pitch Deck without written permission.

7. Refund Policy

Film Pitch Deck aims to provide high-quality professional work and client satisfaction.

Clients are entitled to revision rounds as outlined in the selected package.

Refund requests may be considered only if the delivered work fails to meet the service scope described on the Site.

Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• change of mind

• failure to provide required materials

• dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preferences after revision rounds have been completed

8. No Guarantee of Funding or Industry Outcomes

Film Pitch Deck does not guarantee:

• investor funding • production deals

• distribution agreements

• studio interest

• representation by agents or managers

Our services are intended to help clients present their projects professionally.

Any industry outcomes depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, story quality, production readiness, and third-party decision makers.

9. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Our SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer support communications to individuals who have requested communication through our website forms or scheduling tools.

Messages may include:

• onboarding meeting confirmations

• appointment reminders

• project communication

• responses to inbound questions

Opt-in is collected through website forms where users explicitly consent to receive communication.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received.

After sending STOP, you will receive confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
